About The Event

Maybe you feel that you have lost pieces of your femininity in our modern, career driven society, or maybe you have tried to do it all, and feel the weight of what it means to be a mother, daughter, sister, girlfriend or wife all while still maintaining a career. Whatever it is that draws you to seek the exploration of the self and your femininity, I hope it brings you here to us at the Austin Institute.

This group is centered around the female experience. Each session, we will discuss a topic (either from the hand of an expert or a short reading) that will allow us to  delve into what it means to be a women in today's society. It will be a space for positive and uplifting discussion, while also acknowledging the struggles we endure.  Considering the many roles we play in society will be a topic of discussion, we understand just how busy and hectic your schedules may be. For this reason, we will try to meet in person, but there will also be a Google Meet link available for every meeting, where you can join us virtually.
